Visitors and customers regularly compliment us on a "Great Concept". To this date, we don’t feel we have done anything special, and still are surprised to realize that we are among the pioneers of organized living around horsepeople.

Regardless of the causes, we are here now in the middle of a wonderful time in our lives. We horsepeople can take a common interest and become life long friends.

The developers of the concept did indeed try mixing horse and non-horsepeople in one other development. We had the quantity issue right, (i.e. with less than 70 neighbors in a community concept you have a reasonable chance of everyone getting on) but there was still the horse poop in the street.
