The next step in the process of moving to Horsemans Ranch involves thorough planning through our "Design Services". Keep in mind that every 5 or 10 acre homesite is a custom job. Planning a horse ranch takes time and one must consider desired lifestyle, drainage, turnouts, pasturing, etc.

Our design process begins with you submitting to our design team one of our marked up floor plans or a sketch of a new concept that you like. The team will then work with you to draft your initial plan + 3 changes. The charge for this service is $950. Additional re-drafts will be provided for a charge of $100/ea. You willl receive a custom set of blue prints.

After a floor plan is agreed to, then elevations will be drafted for your review under the same process. Ultimately you will receive a complete line item estimate that will outline the costs of building your home. Also included in the package will be a site plan that will impose the new plan on your Horsemans Ranch lot in the best recommended location.

If you decide to sign a construction agreement with our construction company, then your design fee of $950 will be refunded to you. During this design phase you can shop other builders and compare or alternatively consider being your own general contractor utilizing our valued sub contractors if you wish. In this way we make it simple for you to arrive at the right decision within your budget and at a pace that you feel comfortable.
