Now that all the planning is complete and the land improvements have been initiated or completed, it is time to pour the foundation and begin the building construction phase.

This phase of the process will indeed go smoothly if you have planned well. It has been done many times before and can be expected to go to plan and budget. If you choose to use our construction company, then you can expect quality as our sub contractors have been hand picked over years of experience and know how to work together. Under our direction you can expect this phase of the process to take between 60 to 90 calendar days.

You can expect the following services from our construction company during this process:

• Management of the entire process
• File necessary permits
• Oversee/inspect the workmanship of the subcontractors
• Interim meetings with the owner to inspect, improvise, and/or decide on issues
• Periodic emails and sending pictures of the status of the construction
• Account in detail for all funds spent and report on actual against budget periodically
• Work with the finance company and owner on obtaining construction funds
• Understand and try to alleviate the natural stress of the process
