As developers of a complete community, Horsemans Ranch takes the lead in designing and building its’ own line of custom homes. Clearly, you are not required to use our construction company for your home, but it is there for you if you want a complete solution.

We start with the steel frame supplied by our affiliated company – Horsemans Steel out of Dublin, TX. Steel is stronger than conventional framing, cost less, and takes less time to do. Clearly the preferred choice in today’s Texas environment.

We frame all our interior walls separate from the exterior framing thereby creating an extra space for more insulation. Our walls and ceilings are more insulated than the average custom home.

Lastly we finish the home in steel siding which doesn’t require painting and carries an extended warranty.
