Our part-time residents are interested in being centrally located, and love the idea of a community looking over their property while they are away.  Both of our locations (Stephenville, TX and Gainesville, TX) are within a one hour drive from Dallas/Ft. Worth, yet nestled in a country atmosphere with horse related products and services right outside your front door.
